- Candidates should have 6 months to 1.5 years Call Center experience
- Preferably handling a Technical Support account with background in IT Products(specifically Hardware). Preferred but not required
- Must be technically competent (knowledge in basic troubleshooting & hardware computer parts is okay)
- Completed at least 2 years of College education
- Willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules
- With Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to be trained
- Candidates should be amenable to start ASAP!
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Candidates should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
