Inbound Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Answering order calls
  • Guiding customers on the products being ordered
  • Giving order status information
  • Responding to order change requests
  • Up-selling of IT Products (when needed)

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Sales account preferably selling IT Products (specifically Hardware)
  • Must be technically competent
  • Completed at least 3 years of College education
  • Willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules
  • With Good English communication and comprehension skills
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
