Frontline Technical Support

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • 22 – 35 years old
  • College graduate of any 4 or 5 year IT related course
  • Experience (at least 1-year) from call center industry is preferred.
  • Customer focus (easily accessible, reliable, proactive, ownership, excellent follow-up)
  • Ability to learn fast and grow on the job
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (teamwork, positive attitude and ability to work in a constantly dynamic environment, stress and complaint management)
  • High integrity and credibility
  • Effective communication skills – written and oral (articulate, active listener, strong command of English)
  • Global and cross cultural perspective – high tolerance for cultural, linguistic differences and working styles
  • Good general PC technical knowledge
  • Some telecommunications and network knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure in a roster controlled call center environment
  • Preferably with MCP certification or related certifications
  • Familiar with IT service management ticketing system like Remedy or similar including related processes like ITIL® (ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited) version 3.0
  • Willing to start ASAP
