• CourierMaster for ticketed express parcel deliveries
  CourierMaster is a system designed for companies specialising in deliveries using bar-coded tickets. It allows you to provide a prepaid or charge label service with integrated track and trace capability. The system supports driver pickup and delivery scans and depot handling scans to provide a full history of each parcel’s movement. The job booking and despatch facilities support entry of client pickup requests, third party jobs (freight forwards) and non-ticketed charge jobs.
• DespatchMaster for time critical deliveries
  DespatchMaster is a job booking and despatch system designed for cross town, time critical courier companies. This application provides you with a seamless communications link from the client, via the optional web booking system, through to the driver fleet, by utilising the latest mobile communications and GPS platforms. It includes powerful operations features such as driver recommendations, to improve delivery performance and driver utilisation. It also has a real time job monitoring component that advises on jobs that are running late for pickup or delivery allowing you to proactively manage these exceptions before they become customer issues.
• ExpressMaster for your clients' freight preparation
  ExpressMaster is a freight preparation system for transport companies’ clients. Clients are able to enter shipping details and the system will produce applicable shipping documentation (Consignment Notes and Freight Labels) and send an electronic manifest of the confirmed shipment details through to the transport company. This process ensures your clients are able to produce high quality shipping documentation and receive accurate invoicing.
• FreightMaster for bulk line haul transport
  FreightMaster is an operations system for transport companies involved in FCL and LCL local and line haul deliveries. This system gives you a powerful job entry, despatch, consignment entry and manifesting facility. The optional manifesting module allows jobs entered into the system to be automatically assigned to a manifest based on their pickup and delivery details. With this facility you are able to easily view your line haul capacity requirements and split and combine manifests into viable shipping configurations. An optional track and trace barcode scanning module allows you to produce manifest and exception load reports based on the jobs physically loaded. FreightMaster also includes an optional container module for managing the movement of full and empty, import, export and local containers.
• MetroMaster for specialist transport companies
  MetroMaster is a fully integrated transport software application for companies that move specialist types of goods. It uses the unique characteristics of the goods being transported to improve tracking and create opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and monitoring. MetroMaster utilises technology such as mobile data terminals (MDTs) and real-time data to improve communication and fleet utilisation.
• OrderMaster for bulk spreading and livestock transportation
  OrderMaster is a specialist job booking and despatch system for transport companies providing fertiliser cartage, spreading, livestock movements and general rural cartage services. The system handles all aspects of your operation including job scheduling, consignment stock control, invoicing and vehicle revenue accounting. The system ensures your drivers get accurate job details such as fertiliser mix details, which paddocks to spread and the applicable spreading rates.
• ServiceMaster for service despatch management
  ServiceMaster is an application designed to meet the needs of service organisations who wish to streamline the despatch of service jobs to field based service technicians. Pre-defined job types and fault descriptions assist in the rapid entry of jobs. The system is able to keep an accurate record of your service technicians’ time and accurately manage the invoicing of jobs.
