Fujitsu SOSA

Over the past few years Fujitsu has performed many successful implementations of the ServiceNow platform. While the completion of these projects are important milestones for our clients, we believe that in order to reap the true benefits of the solution, a smarter way of working is required as well. A way of working that takes the delivery of services as its starting point, so the customer will experience more understanding from the IT organization.

Fujitsu's SOSA (Simplify, Organize, Standardize and Automate) process model is an innovative control mechanism that fully organizes the working method of IT management. The SOSA implementation standard of Fujitsu enables customers to continuously improve their Service Delivery by performing the four SOSA activities Agree, Deliver, Restore and Change. Fujitsu SOSA consists of a pre-configured ServiceNow Platform, education and certification, consulting, coaching and training on the job for line and process management.

This means that SOSA provides your organization with all required products and services to bring full added value of the ServiceNow platform allowing you to align and mutually reinforce the three assets used to manage the delivery of services - People, Processes and Products.

Ways of Accessing ServiceNow

  • As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution where we manage and operate the ServiceNow platform on your behalf. We look after everything end-to-end including integration services, stakeholder communication, training and support.
  • Fujitsu ServiceNow Solutions: Symfoni WE closes gaps in the service delivery value chain. Based on ServiceNow, this set of applications is built to rationalize all processes and procedures by automation. Through the Symfoni WE support portal (based on ITSM best practice) you can automate and control your delivery services; optimize your financial administration; ease KPI control and management reports and increase overview of skills and training.
  • ServiceNow licenses and services can be procured from Fujitsu through Public Sector frameworks, for example G Cloud in the UK and SMALS in Belgium.
  • Direct Re-sell –enabling you to have one point of contact for all your ServiceNow needs.
