Fujitsu Receives Extended Managed IT Infrastructure and Data Center Services Contract from Orion
- Finnish pharmaceutical leader Orion has renewed its contract with Fujitsu for the second consecutive time
- Fujitsu manages Orion’s Service Desk, Data Center Services and 3,400 workstations
The pharmaceutical sector is controlled by strict regulations that cover not only the safety and availability of drugs, but that also govern the management and reliability of the industry as a whole. The latest agreement extends Fujitsu’s management of Orion’s IT infrastructure and Data Center Services across 27 countries, including three major pharmaceutical production facilities in Finland. It also includes ongoing responsibility for managing Orion’s desktop, communication and capacity services, delivery of Office 365, security, network and end user devices, and the coordination of the entire lifecycle of the pharmaceutical expert’s 3,400 workstations.
