Document Management Function	Create first edition document Re-edition, delete, obsolete document Distribute, acceptance process Approval process, proxy approval process, approval status.	Able to register data that was handled in the PC as a document.
Report processing function	Document Management Report Obsolete document list, related document list Distribution records, approval records	Able to confirm distribution and acceptance status from the distribution record list.
Master Setup Function	Section information User information User group information Security information Approval route information Distribution destination information	A tool for administrator to control each section master.
