Both ManageNow® for Data Center Monitoring and ManageNow® for Client & Server Automation are pre-packaged and pre-configured solutions based on three modules: Software, Deployment Service and Support.

ManageNow® Software

Based on many years’ experience in deploying and operating ManageNow® in Fujitsu and client data centers, Fujitsu provides standard software enhancements including open source for data center management and automation with specific optimized functions. These simplify many tasks for IT operation, for example monitoring tasks, event handling or inventory management. Thanks to preconfigured best-practice concepts, the automated ManageNow® installation and configuration process, and the comprehensive online documentation, Fujitsu offers optimized solutions for fast, standardized realization of individualized and enterprise-wide IT infrastructure management. Further, Fujitsu ServerView and DeskView infrastructure solutions are fully integrated in ManageNow® to enable ease of integration.

ManageNow® Solution Deployment Service

Fujitsu’s Deployment Service enables the customer’s IT to start productive operation immediately. Within just a few days and at a fixed price an initial setup of the ManageNow® solution will be executed.

In addition the ManageNow® Integration Services for customer specific enhancements of the installed ManageNow® solution helps to fulfill individual requirements, based on a Statement of Work. And if training is needed special ManageNow® Workshops help to learn all about the ManageNow® functionality. These hands-on workshops are provided on real ManageNow® installations with concrete use case scenarios. The ManageNow® training catalogue including workshop descriptions and dates is available on the internet.

ManageNow® Solution Support

ManageNow® Support

The support service provides a single point of contact (SPoC) for call acceptance and diagnostics of problems for the entire solution stack, e.g. the ManageNow® components as well as used open source tools. ManageNow® software corrections are provided as single patches or groups of patches and may include minor functional enhancements
