Fujitsu Software SIMPLIA 新プラットフォーム対応状況
Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 および 2012 R2のサポート終了に伴う、適用OS、SIMPLIA製品のバージョンアップのお願い
下記OSの日本マイクロソフト株式会社による延長サポートが終了いたしました。
- 2023年1月10日終了 Windows 8.1
- 2023年10月10日終了 Windows Server 2012 および 2012 R2
MicrosoftのOSサポート終了に伴う、SIMPLIA製品のサポート方針は以下の通りです。
- ご利用中のSIMPLIA製品の動作OSが、Microsoftのサポートが終了したOSまでとなっている場合、いかなるOS上で不具合が起きたとしてもサポートを行うことはできません。
- ご利用中のSIMPLIA製品をMicrosoftのサポートが終了したOS上で動作させて不具合が発生した場合、そのバージョン/レベルが、より新しいOSをサポートしている場合でかつ、新しいOS上でも現象が再現する場合のみ、新しいOSを対象にサポートを行います。
つきましては、なるべく早期に新しいOSへ移行していただき、ご利用中のSIMPLIA製品につきましても、新OSに対応した、バージョン／レベルへの移行をお願いします。
SIMPLIA製品の新OSへの対応状況につきましては、下記の新プラットフォームの対応状況をご覧ください。
製品販売後に追加検証された、ソフトウェア説明書には未記載のプラットフォームを掲載しております。最新情報のご確認をお願いいたします。
