mppolcollectコマンドを実施したところ、以下が出力されて実行できません。原因と対処方法を教えてください。

「Failed to obtain the following information:(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)The policy export command was abnormally ended.」

［原因］
前回実行したmppolcollectコマンドが強制終了されたため、コマンド動作中に作成された作業ファイル（P_APPMGR_Start）が残存していることが原因と考えられます。

［対処方法］
以下の手順で復旧してください。

1. 以下のファイルを削除します。
   ［Solaris、HP-UX、AIXの場合］
   　　/var/opt/FJSVsapag/tmp/P_APPMGR_Start
   
   ［Windowsの場合］
   　　<SW_INST>¥MPWALKER.DM¥Mpapagt¥var¥tmp¥P_APPMGR_Start
   
   　　※ <SW_INST>：Systemwalkerインストールディレクトリ（例：C:¥WIN32APP）



2. mppolcollectコマンドを再実行します。

今後は、実行中のmppolcollectコマンドを強制終了しないでください。
