Culture at India GDC
Employees’ are an important asset at Fujitsu Consulting India (FCI), and hence our initiatives are targeted to foster the overall well-being of employees. These initiatives are completely channelized by our vibrant workforce with guidance and support from the Human Resources Team. These events are conducted across all our India locations- Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad and Chennai. The driving mantra for this is ‘Happy employees’ are most productive’.
Engagement and Fun
We have successfully revamped employee experience by working on the overall life-cycle of an employee. Various engagement strategies and tools are in place to provide our employees with the joy of working with Fujitsu. We ensure that we something for everyone – an employee experience that encompasses variety of programs/events that cater to a huge employee audience. The participation turnaround and employee experience survey scores gives a direct indication of how well an event has been organized and carried through.

Goals for FY-2022

- Fujitsu Group aims to achieve at least Consolidated 69% from 66% (FY-2019) / Non-Consolidated 63% from 59% (FY-2019), in favourable answers to Diversity and Inclusion question of Engagement Survey by FY-2022.
- Fujitsu Group aims to achieve at least Consolidated 10% from 8% (FY-2019) / Non-Consolidated 9% from 6% (FY-2019) female leadership by FY-2022.

An Inclusive Workplace
