| Responsibilities |
- Providing estimating, scheduling and risk management expertise to PMs
- Monitoring and reviewing IT projects’ performance
- Quality monitoring and enforcement of PM standards
- Promoting and enforcing project management best practice within service delivery team
- Developing competencies of personnel, including training and mentoring for project managers
- Allocating resources between projects and programs
- Conducting project health checks and post-project reviews
- Recording, analyzing and disseminating lessons learned

| Requirements |
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years’ concrete IT working experience in a sizable companies or vendor environment
- At least 7 years' hands on experience in managing large scale of the design and implementation of application project(s) for one or more enterprises in a complex environment
- Proven track record managing multiple customer projects with full responsibility for delivery governance and financial control
- Well versed in modern project management methodologies and infrastructure technology concepts
- Possession of PMP or relevant certification is required
- Possess a can-do attitude, mature and can work independently
- Strong customer focus with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Chinese) and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical audiences
