| Responsibilities |
- Provide the support and implementation services for various government projects
- Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis, perform system design
- Support UAT and system implementation
- Provide on-going user and application support
- Support and conduct module unit tests, perform any test cases, users manual and system integration tests
- Assist to prepare system manual or system documentation
- System Analyst may require to lead junior team members in any development activities

| Requirements |
- Higher Diploma or any Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline;
- For Systems Analyst positions, with at least 4-7 years of work experience in the capability of requirement collection, system analysis and design, system development and implementation; and at least 2 years in any government support and projects
- Solid experience in database design and SQL programming with Oracle RDBMS or MS SQL server
- For Analyst Programmer positions, with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the capability of application development and testing and at least 2 years in any government support experience
- Application development with minimum 2 years development experience in the following areas:
o Java, J2EE Or .Net , C#
o IBM DB2 / Oracle
o Web-based programming (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring framework)
- Ability to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Analyst Programmer or Junior System Analyst
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- With government experience is a plus
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
