If you are running 64-bit Windows® 8, and you cannot install the programs stored in the ScanSnap installation CD, please download the setup program.
If you are running 64-bit Windows® 8, and you cannot install the programs stored in the ScanSnap installation CD, please send us the request form so that you can download the programs. You will be able to install the downloadable versions of the programs.
