Compatibility Status For Windows® 7 ScanSnap S1500 / S1500M
Windows® 7 includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the following OS editions:
- Windows® 7 Starter
- Windows® 7 Home Premium
- Windows® 7 Professional
- Windows® 7 Enterprise
- Windows® 7 Ultimate

||The application error message "Windows Explorer has stopped working" appears in Explorer during installation.
(Even when this error message appears, the software installs and runs properly. Check to make sure that the application starts up correctly.)
||The ScanSnap tray icon remains crossed out (unavailable) even when the ScanSnap cover is opened to turn on the scanner.
|The scanner may not be recognized by the PC when the user logs in after the Windows® 7 login window was left displaying for a few minutes.
