The mobile device is disconnected soon after connected wirelessly.
Some mobile devices (mainly Android™ terminals) prohibit the wireless connection that cannot be connected to the Internet in the default setting.
For this reason, the mobile device may be disconnected when connected in Direct Connect mode, or connected to the wireless access point with no internet access.
To connect the ScanSnap and the mobile device, configure the Wi-Fi setting of the mobile device and enable the wireless connection.
Examples of Wi-Fi settings of mobile devices:
Avoid poor connections [See the fig. below]
Uncheck the "Don't use a Wi-Fi network unless it has a good Internet connection" checkbox.
