The connection between ScanSnap iX100 and the mobile device does not work well.

- Is the wireless access point/router works correctly?
- Have you set up Wi-Fi connection with ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool?
- Are the ScanSnap iX100 and the mobile device connected to the wireless LAN environment?
- Is the communication among the wireless devices disabled at the wireless access point?
- Have you changed the router?
- Is the ScanSnap Connect Application running in the mobile device?
- Is the mobile device already being connected?
- Is ScanSnap Wireless Setup Tool running on the computer?
- Is the ScanSnap scanning to the computer?
- Is there any network limitation for security?
