The scan does not start even when I press the [Scan] button.
Your network connection may be blocked by the firewall running in the background. This problem can be solved by adding ScanSnap Manager to the firewall exception list.
(For the method to add to the firewall exception list, refer to the manual of the firewall that you are using.)
