- Why does it fail to OCR some of the documents when I use "Scan to Word", "Scan to Excel" or "Scan to PowerPoint"? Also, the layouts and texts are sometimes displayed incorrectly. What type of documents can it convert without any problems?
- I am not getting better results in "Scan to Word", "Scan to Excel" or "Scan to PowerPoint" even though I changed the [Image quality] to "Excellent".
- The quality of the conversion (text recognition) changes depending on the settings in color mode (B&W/Color/Gray) and image quality. What is the best setting?
