Existing profiles disappeared from the touch screen (after I connected a computer where ScanSnap Manager is installed).

Connect the computer that has been connected to the ScanSnap before.
The profile list on the touch panel will display the profiles managed by the computer.

When you have connected the ScanSnap with ScanSnap Cloud (iOS/Android™) before, select [Settings] --> [Add or remove scanner] and add the ScanSnap to display the profile again.

When you connect a ScanSnap and a computer where ScanSnap Manager is installed, [Display of profiles] (method for displaying profiles) of the ScanSnap is changed to [Selected user]. Changing the method for displaying profiles resets the profile information memorized in ScanSnap. Use [Selected user] for Display of profiles while using ScanSnap Manager.

If you wish to show all the profiles in the profile list on the touch panel, select [All users] for [Display of profiles] and do not use ScanSnap Manager.

  • When connecting a computer where ScanSnap Home is installed, update ScanSnap Home for 2.0.20 or later.
  • When connecting a computer in which ScanSnap Cloud is used, you will be required to enter the password for your ScanSnap Account on ScanSnap Home.

If the methods above do not display profiles, restart the computer.
