[IMPT] "An unexpected error occurred..." error appears with ScanSnap Home startup or scanning and cannot be fixed by reinstallation of the application.

It has been confirmed that the error message below appears but will not be fixed by reinstallation in some cases. Inspection of the cause is being carried out for finding a resolution.

Error message:
  "An unexpected error has occurred. Exit the application and try again. If the problem persists, reinstall ScanSnap Home."

If the problem occurred after reinstallation, please contact a local Fujitsu near you.
