A file is missing from ScanSnap Home.
ScanSnap Home does not reflect any file operations carried out via Windows® Explore or Finder.
Follow the steps below to refresh ScanSnap Home folder.
Select [Refresh all folders] in [View] (or select [Update the selected folder] if you want to update a specific folder alone).
Even after refreshed the folder, content data will remain on ScanSnap Home if they had been removed via Windows® Explorer or Finder. To remove the remaining data from the content data record list view, delete them manually.
