ScanSnap Home is not available with the message saying "The maximum number of licenses has already been used so if you do not have a ScanSnap account you cannot sign in."
This message may appear when connecting the ScanSnap to a computer with ScanSnap Home or when activating ScanSnap Home with the ScanSnap.
Referring to ScanSnap Home Help take the necessary actions to deactivate an unecessary license or purchase an additional license.
The actions to take change depending which ScanSnap model is in use.
Before reading the Help, make sure your ScanSnap model is displayed at the upper left corner of the Help.
