I cannot open a file in ScanSnap Home with the message saying "Unable to process because a file of the specified data is not found or you do not have access rights."

This message usually appears because the file has been moved to another location via Windows® Explorer. To open the file with ScanSnap Home, return the moved file to the original place.

To solve the error message below, move or copy ScanSnap.pdf to the following place:
C:\Users\ScanSnap\Appdata\Roaming\PFU\ScanSnap Home


If the file to return is gone, delete the remaining content data on ScanSnap Home and scan the image again.
