When I execute "Scan to Word/Excel/PowerPoint", a message such as "Call is rejected by callee." pops up and it does not display the result of OCR. Is there anything that I can do about it?

Status

Is your Office program (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) still running?

  • In Print Preview window or printing
  • [Find] or [Replace] dialog is displayed
Error message

The following error messages appear.

  • "Cannot send recognition results to Microsoft Word. There is a document open in preview mode."
  • "The ConfirmConversions method or property is not available because the Find or Replace dialog box is open."
  • "Call was rejected by callee."
Countermeasure Close your Office application first and then try again.

Status Have you not activated your license or completed the product activation for Office programs?
Error message

The following error messages appear.

  • "Call was rejected by callee."
  • "The ConfirmConversions method or property is not available because the license to use this application has expired."
  • "This command is unavailable because the license to use this application has expired."
Countermeasure Perform product activation for Office programs (user registration), and also accept the Office End User License Agreement.
