Why do I get an error message saying "Not enough memory!" while performing "Scan to Word", "Scan to Excel" or "Scan to PowerPoint"?
There is not enough memory available to process the conversions. This could be prevented by the following countermeasures.
Add more physical memory.
Change the settings for virtual memory in [System].
Refer to the Microsoft website for more details.
Divide your document into small batches before scanning or divide the PDF file into multiple segments before performing the conversions from ScanSnap Organizer.
