What can I do if Nuance® PDF Converter for Mac stops responding on Mac?

  1. Hold down command+option+esc keys to display Force Quit Applications window where you can select an application to force quit. Select Nuance® PDF Converter on the window and click the Force Quit button to force quit the application.
  2. Restart Nuance® PDF Converter for Mac.
