When I transfer documents scanned in "Excellent mode" and other large data files to my mobile Apple device, their thumbnail and preview images appear blank.
Due to hardware limitations of the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, ScanSnap Connect Application may quit unexpectedly because it cannot allocate enough memory to display an image file from an A4 size document scanned in "Excellent mode". To prevent this from happening, ScanSnap Connect Application conserves memory by displaying a blank thumbnail and preview image. To resolve this, redo that scan at a lower resolution or reduce the file size by modifying the image data.
