I cannot open the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box. (The "Scan to Mobile" dialog box displays.)


Is another mobile device currently connected to the computer?
If so, the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box will not display. The following procedures can resolve this issue.

  • When the computer is connected to another mobile device:
    1. Terminate the connection between your mobile device and your computer.
      Note: The connection cannot be terminated from the computer.
    2. Close the "Scan to Mobile" dialog box.
    3. Open the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box.
  • When the computer is not connected to a mobile device:
    1. Close the "Scan to Mobile" dialog box.
    2. Open the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box.
