You cannot connect from a mobile device while the "Scan to Mobile - Basic" dialog box is open. Close the dialog box first, then connect from the mobile device.
- Is the computer connected to the mobile device under another user?
Log in to the user who is connected to the mobile device and end their connection. After that, log in with your information and sync the computer to the mobile device.
