If a user entered an incorrect security key and failed to connect an iPhone in Direct Connect mode, no error message appears on the iPhone and the iPhone cannot connect to the ScanSnap iX1500.


Set up the network again after the following steps:
Go to Wi-Fi settings on the iPhone and tap the network name of the ScanSnap iX1500 or the information icon of the network > [Forget this Network] > [Forget].
