How can I specify a Scan to Folder profile?


How to make "Verify and Save" (Scan to Folder) available in a profile.

Follow the steps below to create a profile in which user can check scanned images before saving them.

  1. Run ScanSnap Home to show the main window of ScanSnap Home.

  2. Click the Scan button on the main window to show the Scan window.

  3. Click ScanSnap Home to show the [Add new profile] window.

  4. Select [Save documents] to start creating a new profile.

  5. Name a profile.

    Enter a profile name on the upper box, and a description of the profile on the lower box.

  6. Specify a folder for the save destination

    • Click [Browse] of the save destination.

    • Select a folder and click the [Select Folder] button to specify a folder.

      (In this example the [Paper Work] folder in desktop is specified.)

  7. Select [Verify and save] for Application.

  8. Click the [Add] button to add the profile to the profile list.

  9. The created profile is added after synchronized with the connected ScanSnap.

  10. Scan a document with the profile. To rename a scanned file after scanning, enter a new name to [Specify a title] and click [Save].
