ScanSnap Manager Incompatibility Information With macOS High Sierra v10.13
The following incompatibilities have been found until now.
- Incorrect page order
- Incorrect keyword order
- Incorrect keyword
- Scanned pages are not searchable
- Help buttons not working on some windows
Incompatibility 1 (Incorrect page order / Incorrect keyword order / Incorrect keyword)

Incorrect page order
Order of scanned pages may not be correct under the following conditions:-
An SSD-equipped Mac is used (Mac with flash storage).

[Convert to Searchable PDF] is selected for [Select OCR].

Incorrect keyword order
Order of keywords set to PDF may not be correct under the following conditions:-
An SSD-equipped Mac is used (Mac with flash storage).

Specify [Set the marked text as a keyword for the PDF file] for [Select OCR] and
[All pages] for [Target pages] under [OCR options].

Incorrect keyword
A character string located in the second or later page may be set as a keyword for PDF under the following conditions:-
An SSD-equipped Mac is used (Mac with flash storage).

Specify [Set the marked text as a keyword for the PDF file] for [Select OCR] and [First page] for [Target pages] under [OCR options].

[Note]
To check if the storage is a flash storage or not, click [About This Mac] in [Apple] menu and select the [Storage] tab.
Workaround
Update ScanSnap Manager with the following steps and try again.

Download and install ScanSnap Manager V6.3L50.

Once installation is done, install necessary OCR pack(s).

Download and install the update for ScanSnap Manager V6.3L61.

Download and install the update for ScanSnap Manager V6.3L70.
Incompatibility 2 (Scanned pages are not searchable)
Not all pages of my scan are converted to searchable when I scan documents under the following settings:
- [Image quality] is selected for [Excellent], [Color mode] for [B&W] or [Auto color detection] and [Convert to Searchable PDF] for [Select OCR].
Workaround
Update ScanSnap Manager to V6.3L70 according to the steps.
Incompatibility 3 (Help buttons not working on some windows)
The Help is not displayed by pressing the [?] button in the following windows:
- ScanSnap Manager - Check consumable status
- ScanSnap Manager - Preferences - Network list
- All Tabs and options (ex. file name option) in ScanSnap Manager
- A3 carrier sheet settings
- Profile Management
Workaround
Update ScanSnap Manager to V6.3L70 according to the steps.
