The authentication window does not appear or the [ALLOW] or [CANCEL] button on the window does not work when I try to start [Scan to Google Drive] with the latest version of ScanSnap Manager on Internet Explorer® 11.


Problem
Internet Explorer® 11 does not show the authentication window, or the [ALLOW] or [CANCEL] button doesn't work with Internet Explorer® 11.

Workaround

  • Configure Internet Explorer® 11 to below:
    • Internet Options > Security and select Internet. Specify a Security level other than [High].
    • Internet Options > Security and select Local intranet. Specify a Security level other than [High].
  • Set Google Chrome™ to the default browser.

Note:
After uploading, return to the original settings. To continue to upload without signing in again after returning the settings, select the [Stay Signed in] checkbox.
