The Google Authentication may not work for some reason.
Retry after a while, and if the situation still persists, try the following workarounds.

Designate Dropbox or OneDrive® as the cloud service to use with ScanSnap Sync.

Target ScanSnap:
ScanSnap iX500 / iX100 / S1300i / S1100i / SV600
