I cannot use [Scan to Google Drive] function of ScanSnap Manager or ScanSnap Organizer.


The Google Authentication may not work for some reason.
Retry after a while, and if the situation still persists, try the following workarounds.

Workarounds
Use either of the following workarounds to save files to Google Drive™:

Save by browser:
  1. Save scanned files to any folder.
  2. Sign in Google via a web browser and show Google Drive™.
  3. Drag and drop the saved files to Google Drive™ on the web browser to upload the files.
    Files saved in ScanSnap Organizer can also be uploaded by moving them manually to the browser.

Save by Google Drive™ (client app):
Save scanned files to a folder set to Google Drive™. After that, the folder is automatically synchronized with Google Drive™ to upload the files. Files saved in ScanSnap Organizer can also be uploaded by moving them manually to the folder.
