"Scan to Dropbox" disappears from ScanSnap Manager and ScanSnap Organizer. What should I do?
After updating the Dropbox client application to v3.6.4 or later, "Scan to Dropbox" does not display in ScanSnap Manager or ScanSnap Organizer, and these applications might not sync to Dropbox.
In that case, Install the following patch:
Be sure you have installed the latest ScanSnap Manager (for Windows®) and ScanSnap Organizer (for Windows®) before installing the patch.
Download "WinScanToOfficePatch1.exe" onto your hard drive.
Quit any other applications that are running on the computer.

Try installing the patch again after installing the missing application.
The dialog below appears when the installation failed:
Try installing the patch again after quitting other applications.
Install the patch again if you reinstall ScanSnap Manager or ScanSnap Organizer.
