Improvements:

  • Fixed the following problem: when [Image quality] is set to [Excellent], scanning inclined documents may result in failed cropping regardless of degree of inclination, and output images without corners (see fig. 1).

  • Fixed the following problem: when a network folder set to [Image saving folder] is replaced by another network folder in a different file server, Scansnap Manager for fi Series may not run with the error message "Failed to initialize driver module.(0x80070043)".

Installation

Be sure you log into Windows® as a user with administrator privileges.

  1. Download "SSMff1010.exe" onto your hard drive.
  2. Quit any other applications that are running on your computer. Stop any scanning operations if you are using the scanner.
  3. Double click "SSMff1010.exe" downloaded in the 1st step to start installation.
  4. When the installation has completed, launch ScanSnap Manager for fi Series, and right click ScanSnap Manager for fi Series Icon on the task tray. Select [Help] > [ScanSnap Manager for fi Series – version information] and confirm the version can be read as "1.0.10".
