On what occasion is the inventory (information about the scanner) notified to Scanner Central Admin Server from Scanner Central Admin Agent?

The inventory is notified when one of the following occurs:

Occasion when the inventory (information about the scanner) is notified
Image Scanner Network Scanner
  • Computer connected to the scanner is logged in/off or shutdown
  • Scanner cable is connected/disconnected
  • Scanner power is switched on
  • Update process is completed
  • At 12:00am and 12:00pm
  • Settings have changed or the counter is reset on Software Operation Panel
  • Settings have changed on the Scanner Central Admin Agent setting window
  • Scanner is logged-in or logged-out
  • Scanner is started or resumed from standby mode
  • Scanner is switched off or enters standby mode
