The "Check" lamp lights or "Device Error" appears when scanning documents.
The probable causes are as follows:
- The optical unit (lamp, lens, glass, CCD etc.) may not be clean and shut the light.
Please clean the scanner by referring Operator’s Guide.
- The light volume of the lamp is not enough.
The lamp may be getting old. Please replace the lamp.
- The documents may be stuck in the scanner.
Please remove the documents.
