Files do not start downloading after pressing the [Export] button when connecting Scanner Central Admin Console and Scanner Central Admin Server using HTTPS.


In Internet Explorer, select [Internet Options] under the [Tool] menu. On the [Advanced] tab, uncheck the “Do not save encrypted pages to disk” checkbox, and try exporting again.

Note: In Microsoft® Windows Server® 2012 R2, the checkbox is checked in the default setting.
