Some items of Scanner Central Admin Console cannot be displayed properly if Internet Explorer® 11 is installed on the computer.


When Internet Explorer® 11 is installed on the computer, follow the operations below:

  1. In Internet Explorer®, select [Internet Options] under the [Tool] menu.
  2. On the [Security] tab, select [Trusted sites] and press the [Sites] button.
  3. Enter the IP address, hostname, or FQDN (Fully qualified domain name) of the Scanner Central Admin Server.
  4. On the [General] tab, press [Delete] button; tick the checkbox for [Browsing history] and [Temporary Internet Files]; and then press [Delete] button.
  5. Restart Scanner Central Admin Console.
