The Help window does not appear after the installation of PaperStream IP has completed. How can I fix it?
When you install PaperStream IP to a shared folder on a network, the Help window may not display properly after the installation.
In order to display the Help window, conduct the following operations:
- Right click on a Help file (chm file) and select [Properties].
- Press [Unblock] button in [Security] tab.
- Press [OK] button.
If the Help window still does not display properly in spite of performing the above operations, uninstall PaperStream IP driver and install it to a local drive.
