My scanner does not connet to the network.
(It errors out even after setting up network settings on the scanner device.)
Please confirm the following methods.
- Confirm IIS Manager to see if the NX Manager's application pool and site (NmXXXX) are down.
- Check if "SQL Server (NXMANAGER)" is stopped in Windows service. If it is stopped, start it.
Check that the following communication (ports) are not blocked by the firewall. If they are blocked, refer to your firewall documentation and change the settings so that communication can be established over those port numbers.
