The "Check" lamp lights when powering up the scanner. Or carrier does not move and make an unusual noise when powering up the scanner.
When your scanner has the Flatbed, please make sure that the Shipping lock is in the unlock position.
Refer to the Operator's guide to see how to remove the shipping lock.
If the Check lamp still lights after removing the shipping lock, please contact the Fujitsu subsidiary which you purchased the scanner from.
