Background Changeover Unit Failure
When a background changeover unit failure occurs, one of the following error codes is displayed on the LCD of the operator panel.

| F4:C3 | Background switching mechanism error (ADF Back) |
If the problem persists after the scanner is turned off then back on, write down the error details displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window, and contact your FUJITSU scanner dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
