Sensor(s) Dirty
When the sensors are dirty, one of the following error codes is displayed on the LCD of the operator panel.

- Clean the document sensor and ultrasonic sensor by referring to "Cleaning".
- Turn the scanner off then back on.
If the problem persists, write down the error details displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window, and contact your FUJITSU scanner dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
