Pick roller malfunction
A pick roller error occurred.
Check the following flowchart to determine the trouble and prevent the future errors.
| Are the Pick Rollers lifted and fixed in the upper location? | Yes

Pull down the Pick Rollers. See the image *1 under the flowchart. |

| Is the number of documents loaded on the Hopper exceeded its maximum capacity? | Yes
|
Reduce the documents loaded or lower the hopper height. See Setting the Paper thickness. |

| Are the Pad / Pick Rollers / Separator Rollers /Brake Roller and Sensors clean? | No
|
Clean the Pad / Pick rollers / Separator rollers /Brake rolle and sensors. |
*1 : Pull down the Pick Rollers.
