Paper Jam (Pick Roller Error)
When a paper jam occurs in the ADF, the following error codes is displayed on the LCD of the scanner's operator panel.

Pull the document out from the scanner, and then confirm that the Pick roller is installed properly.
If not, install the Pick roller properly referring to Replacing the Pick Roller.
