Image Memory Read-Write Error

If an error occurs when data is read from the image memory or written on the image memory, one of the following error codes is displayed on the LCD of the operator panel.

E9:F5	Image memory read-write error (Front)
E9:F6	Image memory read-write error (Back)

 

If the problem persists after the scanner is turned off then back on, write down the error details displayed in the Error Recovery Guide window, and contact your FUJITSU scanner dealer or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
